Progress Reports

When your EME project starts, the due dates for the submission of progress reports will be calculated using the protocol to ensure that reporting occurs at relevant milestones during the project.  We will send you a reminder two weeks before the report is due.  The progress report template (179kb) opens in a new window is available for you to download.

Progress reports allow the EME secretariat to engage with the project and to:

  • review progress against the project plan;
  • review the impact of any issues;
  • identify areas which may require additional support;
  • publicise research outcomes on the EME website.

Visits and Meetings

The EME secretariat will decide on a case by case basis whether an initial project visit is required.  A decision whether to attend the project-specific Trial Steering Committee (TSC) meetings will also be made on a case by case basis. The EME secretariat may need to organise ad hoc visits to, and/or teleconferences with, your project team during the award tenure.
