EME Board Membership

The EME programme wishes to ensure high calibre professionals continue to assist the programme as it develops. Committed senior scientists based in leading UK research institutions, and with involvement with multi-centred evaluative clinical trials, may wish to indicate an interest in becoming a Board Member.

The Role

The EME Board meets three times per year in London, and the meetings ordinarily last two days. Reasonable expenses are reimbursed, and accommodation and travel costs are met by NETSCC -EME. For further information see the role summary document (34kb) opens in a new window

How to Apply

Applications in the form of a covering letter detailing your areas of current expertise and interest, including previous experience on committees, should be sent together with a copy of your CV (4-5 pages max) and the Equal Opportunities form (186 kb) opens in a new window to experts@eme.ac.uk. Please mark the subject of the email “EME Board Membership application”.

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis as vacancies arise. We are currently seeking:

  • Cardiologists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Endocrinologists
  • Oncologists
  • Pharmacologists
  • Radiologists
  • Public Health/Primary Care
  • Methodologists
  • Statisticians
