Second EME Board Meeting - November 2008

The EME Board met for the second time on the 25th and 26th November 2008. Two full proposals were considered, of which, one was funded with changes. Of the 26 outline proposals considered, 13 were invited to submit full proposals to be considered at the June 2009 meeting.
