Seventh EME Board Meeting - June 2010

The EME Board met for the Seventh time on the 24th and 25th of June 2010. Nine preliminary applications were invited to submit a full proposal for consideration at the October 2010 EME Board. Three full proposals were funded, subject to changes. Six full proposals were not recommended for funding. One full proposal was invited to resubmit in response to Board feedback. The Efficacy and Mechanism Evaluation programme is funded by the MRC and NIHR, with contributions from the CSO in Scotland and NISCHR in Wales and the HSC R&D, Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland. It is managed by the NIHR Evaluation, Trials and Studies Coordinating Centre (NETSCC) based at the University of Southampton.
